MTC Group — 7b buses are not coming on proper timings

We are 7b users... We have only one this option from podikadai bus stop to broadway route... Waiting for a bus more than an hour in city is not at all acceptable due to this irregular timings, we are not able to reach to office on time.. So could you please fix this issue as soon as possible.. Or please increase the number of buses on this route...

18.11.2018 Today, from Anna university to Besant nagar (the route buses 5E, 47and 23C)I'm waiting more than 45mins Besant nagar route bus it's not coming 10.00pm upto 10.45pm still now also not coming my dad come and pick up me.
