MTC Group — conductor rude activities

Hi this is saranya, actually today i started mm y journey frm patinampakkam to ptc quarter's. I gave 30rs to buy ticket,, actually ticket ratebis 23rs so balance 7rs should be given to me. But conductor scolded me in rude words and insulted me in front of everyone. So i need justice because heis doing not only to me, to everyone he is doing, not only him many conductors are doing the same issue

Bus no 27h (now updated as 40h) Avadi to Anna sqaure between the timing of 8.00 am to 9.00 am there is no buses but I searched it there was a every 15minutes lead one bus...and one more thing conductor also didn't tell the proper answer..
