MTC — Poor frequency of 95 bus/(or) and improper working of drivers and conductors

I was waiting at the Thiruvanmiyur bus stand for almost 1hr from 4.35 to 5.20 waiting for 95. One bus came by 4.50 and left from there only by 5.20, when asked the conductor said there is a frequency of bus within 5 mins and later when I told my issue he came with nonsense logic. Pathetic and disappointing. If there is no bus at that time, kindly notify at what time bus will be available, atleast we need not be fools and waste our time.
