Please go through the following mail and respond to questions given below before we decide to go to social networking sites to publicise the mess up of mtdc :
1. Why was the booking done for deluxe suite when it’s was not ready for occupation (Fridge was unpacked, no tea bag and cups in room inspite of an electric kettle there), there was no water in the toilet) and none bothered to clean up the room
Even knowing guest are coming
2. The kitchen was absolutely mess and service was extremely poor with absolutely inadequate cutlery including proper cups and saucers
3. Intercom and lift not working. For any service one has to climb down and up 2 floors several times
4. No wifi (Cannot believe this)
5. Staff absolutely non responsive and untrained
Hope you will appreciate the nature of complain, refund the money and answer the above questions in next few days
