Dear Sir /Madam,

My self Ritesh Nandanwar & I have booked 2 VIP SUIT Room for 2 days, but there is not got basic facilities in both room Like TV was switched and Telephone was off/ not working, Fridge not working properly, no cleaning and mopping and not changing Bedsheet, even yesterday was come to MTDC at 9.45 pm. With 3 small kids ( 3 to 6 year) and we are asking Dinner/Food at canteen but infront of 10 people which was doing Dinner of MTDC Employees but they not given response and regards.
It was really shameful scenarios, because our kids was hungry. And we was helpless.

So, kindly request you please look into this matter and take necessary action to avoid next time with other people.

    I have a reservation for 2 days for 22 & 23 July Reservation # RN0242492. Due to the intense rains in Mumbai during those days, me and family were not be able to travel to Bhandardara as there was intense waterlogging in my area and on certain places on the highway.

    I have an infant who is 1.5 years old and a 6 year old child with us, and travelling with them is risky.

    I have been a frequent and loyal customer of MTDC properties and this one time I'm asking for a cancellation and full refund for the above mentioned reasons.

    I am also ok with an alternative date for using this reservation on a future date.

    The only way to contact for reservations is email and since the first email MTDC has just been delaying the refund process by givin reasons like management will take time to decide as many people cancelled, management has now changed so more time is needed.

        Sir I booked mtdc resort in Bhimashankar, Maharashtra from 08/04/2021 to 09/04/2021 in the name of SUMANTA CHAKRABORTY for total 8 rooms, which I cancelled on 04/04/2021 for which an amount of Rs, 5, 994/- shall refund to my source bank account through which I booked THE ROOMS, within 15 days of cancellation (BOOKING no: RN0239655), but still till today 03/05/2021 I didn't got my refund. It look into the matter.

          Today, I booked MTDC Mahabaleshwar Resort. There is an issue in the MTDC site. When I clicked to room for reservation, All the columns are shifted which is misguided my booking. In room category column, it came to select 1 or 2. I . I selected 1 as I was looking for 1 room . But it took extra charge of extra guest. It is totally misguiding to people. This is due to wrong set up of site and shifted column.
          I called to MTDC resort about refund my extra guest charges. They said that they can't do it as it has booked on line.
          Please register my complaint as many people will loss their money due to wrong set up of site.
          I am attaching one slide for site. You will understand that how person can make mistake due to column shifted.
          Please refund my Rs900, /- extra guest charges .

              My reservation for MTDC Resort, GANPATIPULE, Ratnagiri done for 04 Apr 2020 and checkout on April 5 vide Booking no. RN0220900 was cancelled due to COVID-19 but I have not received any refund till date. I am attaching the screenshots of the cancellation and request you to refund the total amount immediately without further delay.

                I had booked 3 day stay at mtdc tarkarli beach resort from 3rd april to 6th april 2020. Booking was done on 28th of feb 2020. However, due to current exigency/emergency situation due to covid-19 and travel restrictions, i want to cancel the booking and once the issue settles down re-plan the travel.
                However, i was surprised to find that mtdc is insisting on charging 10% cancellation fee for the cancellation.
                I think that given the situation, mtdc should waive of the cancellation fee.
                Request the authorities to look into this and raise the relevant authorities further to look into.

We have noticed during our vacation at night. Please take necessary action. We were not sure during they stay what it is after asking our freinds and specialist they have told it is a camera

                    I tried to book mtdc “bhandardara, ahmednagar” resort on 23rd dec -2019 by using my icici bank. My account had debited twice but booking had not confirmed by mtdc. I had paid rs - 4032 twice total amount paid-rs-8064. Refer below the payment ref-

                      Booked a room at mtdc matheran on 10 dec for 26 dec but till 22 dec i didnt received confirmation mail or message from mtdc so i called to mtdc matheran where i got to know that no room is booked. And no room is left due to upcoming govt delegacy. So i cancled my plan but till 25 jan i didnt received my amount after taking lots of communication from customer care no. And forwareding mails.

                        Dear mr suhas diwase/mr aashutosh rathod/mrs swati kale

                        Please go through the following mail and respond to questions given below before we decide to go to social networking sites to publicise the mess up of mtdc :

                        1. Why was the booking done for deluxe suite when it’s was not ready for occupation (Fridge was unpacked, no tea bag and cups in room inspite of an electric kettle there), there was no water in the toilet) and none bothered to clean up the room
                        Even knowing guest are coming
                        2. The kitchen was absolutely mess and service was extremely poor with absolutely inadequate cutlery including proper cups and saucers
                        3. Intercom and lift not working. For any service one has to climb down and up 2 floors several times
                        4. No wifi (Cannot believe this)
                        5. Staff absolutely non responsive and untrained

                        Hope you will appreciate the nature of complain, refund the money and answer the above questions in next few days

                          Visited ajanta caves on 28/12/2018. Lost my phone at cave one. As there is no signal at that place could not call back and look for the phone. The staff there is taking advantage of this and definitely involved in this incident. As the place is under surveillance outsiders would not dare to steal phones. They tried to convince me saying the staff is good and we return back phones and all but when we checked the cctv footage they showed me all cameras except the one where we could have identified the thief saying that camera is not connecting. Request you to please look into the matter and bring in some signal facility at that place. Lost complaint has been registered at fardapur police station.

                            I had booked Boat House ( Sea View ) and Konkani House ( Sea View ) for the 2 families from 5th december to 7th december 2018

                            We arrived late in the evening by 9 pm and had very little energy left to check out accommodation. The Konkani House allotted had issues with the internal lights and as a replacement we were offered another Konkani House / Boat house. Selected boat house which was considered as an Upgrade. While allotting the 2nd konkani house - it was informed to us that the toilet flush was leaking and hence after using the toilet we should be turning off the water supply to toilet - EVERY time !!
                            All the faults reported were promised to fixed next day. When we visited the cafeteria - it was continuation of our nightmare. Hygiene / Cleanliness are NOT at all a concern for the canteen operator.
                            At the time of check out we were presented charges considering the upgrade which we declined to pay after lot of arguments and the MTDC official visiting our respective accommodations agreed for 30% discount. MTDC official accepted that these accommodations are not FIT for accommodation but due to lack of support from MTDC and pressure to keep the resort occupied during December - these accommodations are still on offer for holiday goers.
                            There after we never used MTDC cafeteria and managed to get better food and service from local vendors.
                            Frankly speaking MTDC should accept that they misguided us in booking the accommodation which was not FIT for human use and owe us an apology and refund of the so called LUXURY accommodation charged to us for 2 nights stay.
                            Its a perfect example of great location and even greater mismanagement ( lack of management ) as its government undertaking.
                            On my return, I have tweeted to the respective government officials but NO one even acknowledged our complaint - goes in line with our experience so far.
                            Check the photographs and then decide yourself if you also want to be fooled like us.

                              With reference to above subject i would like to inform you that i had made payment for booking amount rs 2856/- throw icici bank credit card, on dated 15 june 2017.
                              But amount was deducted from my bank and but there manger is saying that they had not received the same but when i had confirmed with my bank the amount has deducted from my credit card.
                              So please help me out for refund my amount to my bank as soon as possible.

                                I booked MTDC resort at Tuljapur for 25-26 Jan.
                                Booking number RN0104189.
                                The stay was very good and we liked the resort.

                                While leaving next day I forgot my wrist watch (make Michael Kors) at the resort.
                                I realised my mistake after 4-5 hours and immediately contacted MTDC Tuljapur.
                                A person there picked up the phone and confirmed that my watch was left behind. I think the name of person was Ashfaq or something similar.
                                He suggested that we contact the manager Mr Dhumal on 098*****382 for arranging courier.
                                I contacted Mr Dhumal and he confirmed that wrist watch was left behind and he will courier it.
                                I have called him several times now and everytime he says he will courier it at earliest.

                                I have still not received my watch.

                                I contacted MTDC on their costumer care number and also emailed them couple of times. But no response received for my mails and the CC executive gives vague answers.
