I got mts connection from the authorized mts store near ambattur ot bust stand by paying 1400 for the instrument. When i asked for the bills that executive replied that they wont provide any bill for the purchase. When i asked if i didn't get the assured speed what would i've to do. He reassured that you will get enough speed. When i started using it i didn't even get 1 mbps (Assured is 24mbps minimum 12 mbps). When i raised complaint they told they are sending technical person but he didnt turn-up for almost 13 days i again and again went and complained finally through call they checked the speed and said since mine is a high utility area i only get this much speed and it cant be rectified. They suggested me to change the plan. I paid for high speed plan why i should have to change? I asked but there is no reply from their side. So i stopped paying the bill and will not ready to pay unless they give back the initial money i paid. Hiding their mistakes they are sending regular legal notice to intimidate the victims. They cheated by giving false assurance and cheating the govt by not providing proper bill to the instrument.
