Mts. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited [Mts] — Threatening emails and calls

I am Udhaya Kumar from Chennai and I am writing this to you after so much of mental distress and irritation caused by M/s. Sistema ShyamTeleServices limited [MTS], Chennai.
I have not paid my one month MTS bill, March Bill which is supposed to be paid by April 3rd due to few personal and financial issues. I had so many calls from MTS executives to repay my bills. It was like almost 5 calls per day from different numbers. I also informed them that i will pay with the upcoming bill i.e on May 3rd. They are fine with that. This has been repeatedly told to them every day from 3-5 people on each day. I was baring all this irritated calls every day.
My actual bill plan is Rs. 689 for one month and it comes around Rs. 1378. They charged me Rs. 55 extra and asked me to pay Rs. 1433. Later since the data card was not used, I was informed that I have been given a waiver of Rs. 800 and I have to pay Rs. 633 only. I agreed and told them that the bills will be cleared by May 3rd and the executives also agreed.
Inspite of all this, I used to get calls and text messages on daily basis. Since last one week, i was getting warning messages that Legal actions will be taken against me if the bills are not paid. Even after that i was getting calls and i told them the entire scenario and they agreed to pay by May 3rd and the executives asked me to avoid the warning messages as those are usual and automated messages. So i ignored them but still was active on calls.
Now, i got 2 legal advocate notice from MTS that i have to pay the bills immediately or else i will be taken sever actions and case will be filed. This is really ridiculous. I was amused that just for skipping one month bill, i was sent the legal court notice? Its really like a threatening email and i was completely disturbed on this. I got one email on Thursday and one this morning. Is this hot they treat their customers?
There was a number in the email to be called and that number never gets connected. It simple hangs the call without any tone or IVR. Many numbers were there in the MTS text messages, all the numbers are fake. Someone picks the call and says that this is not MTS.
Today morning i called the customer care executive and enquired about this messages, mails and calls and explained the entire scenario, a lady executive was really cool and helpless. She said she can’t help anything on this rather that giving the feedback to MTS. I asked to connect the call to the manager and literally she said that she cant and anything else she can assist with. She is giving all false information’s and telling me that the backend team called and it can never be connected through them. She also said that there is no phone to be connected with backend team, legal team, managers or nodal officers.
I was baring all this and said that i will clear the bill and i never want to use MTS again. I asked them to disconnect the connection. She said now i won’t be given any waiver, i have to pay Rs. 16xx and i have to clear the bill. Then again one more bill will be generated and i have to pay that as well and request the executives to disconnect the connection. Later they will ask me to pay for 5 more days and they will disconnect it seems. All this i am facing inspite of not using the data card.
