Mubarak Rishte — Been months after submitting profile and no response from them

The worst unprofessional matrimonial services ever. All they have is excuses. I tried calling their manager, honestly managers are worst then their sub ordinates. Rather than solving issue they argue. I had a membership with them they follow up with you untill you pay for the plan. After the payment they start shaming you for profile ( they already seen profile before registration). Mehjabeen was assigned to me before she was so sluggish and would take weeks to respond. I brought that up to her manager abdul Rasheed he was quiet helpful to guide and assigned iqra and gave me general manager number to communicate. To my surprise she is the most irr responsible person, rude and unprofessesional women I came across. I requested about an update and she is like iqra responded you dont get the same information twice from me, while in the first place iqra never responded.
Return my money because your services are garbage.
Also be professional and responsible when you take money.
Kindly use other matrimonial services they are not worth peace and money.
