We have been facing a lot of issues with the Mubarak Rishte team. It's been 2 years & they have not been proactively calling, or showing appropriate matches just randomly sometimes. The supervisor named Heena, says that there could be something available elsewhere & may be not be at their end. They took all the fees at once but never showed a proper profile yet. Any profile we like they say that the other party has declined but...

I have registration with them initially untill you pay its all good, they take your details before, help you with selection of plan. Once the payment is done. The nightmare starts. They never get back to you. Sends you profiles where neither others criteria match nor ours which would eventually lead in rejection then They start shaming you for yoor profile which is highly disturbing and un professional. Their GM is very arrogant and ruthless...

The worst unprofessional matrimonial services ever. All they have is excuses. I tried calling their manager, honestly managers are worst then their sub ordinates. Rather than solving issue they argue. I had a membership with them they follow up with you untill you pay for the plan. After the payment they start shaming you for profile ( they already seen profile before registration). Mehjabeen was assigned to me before she was so sluggish...

It's true they trap
I have face the same issues form last 2 years . I got trapped in paid fake reviews.they are big frauds and trap by fake reviews and fake advertisement on paper by saying[protected] Profile but they have all married photo .
They fool hyderabadi .
Go for free MATRIMONIAL proposal available in newspaper or post a advertisement in newspaper, it will worth it....

Its been one year+ i have submitted by daughter's profile and i see no proper reply from them.
I have paid for premium membership.
They send the rejected profiles again and again and when asked they give no proper reply.
Agents are illiterate have no basic sense on how to talk.
Very careless people.
On the name of religion they are looting people....

We took membership (Mrf, men - 9215, 9214, 9213, 9212, 9211, 9018, 9019,[protected] by seeing paper advertisement, banner, google and justdial reviews.
But not even single meeting in 2 months.
Sending my sister profile to me, my picture to my cousin.
Don't know how to see father and mother name.
Yesterday we all clearly check all reviews
And we got to see
