Dear sir,
Myself mukesh kumar i have account with haryana, sonepat, murthal branch& my account number is - [protected]. On 3rd may 2016 i approached your indri, karnal, haryana branch for life certificate for our ppf pension a/c hr knl 00024960. This was denied by your said branch & advises me to approach your own branch after almost half hour. I am working at indri karnal so i approached your above branch. Kindly advise is it a right way of denial in electronic age because all of your branches have online (Computer) facilities. They can verified my signature online or issue us life certificate. I am not satisfy the way of working of your branches.
