I started up with my new business as a travel agent (K code 435386) with the help of multilink world. Before taking the annual plan of rs.12, 000/- the sales manager ashish gupta and santosh gupta used to call me day and night and started begging to accept the above mentioned plan.
Finally i accepted the plan by paying rs.12, 000 cash and then the problem arised wherein in some situation the dmt services was stopped working then i used to call their customer service but there were no reply from their end. By god's grace they have started the dmt services in the recent days.
Now the main problem is all about the refund of irctc. From last 2 months i have been asking for the irctc refund status but there are no reply from their end. Finally i started calling the sales manager ashish gupta and santosh gupta, even they haven't received my call till date.
Now during lockdown situation, the customers constantly asking me for the refund amount although they got the refund messages from the irctc to the respective number.
My only question is why there is a huge delay from the multilink's end and what type of fraud work you people do. Was this information helpful? |
