I have made a payment to the one of bank account of Multilinkworld mentioned on my portal bank list. But after making payment when I went to limit request tab then there the bank account is not available. When I have contacted the concerned person Mr. Mahesh he mentioned that this account is freezed from last two year. The limit cannot get updated until it will not get unfreezed. My complaint is that if there account is freezed then it must have been removed from my portal why it was not get done. If it was done then I would not have made the payment to that account. It's their fault but they are not accepting it and made me to wait till their account not get unfreezed without knowing any time limit for it. I have been waiting for it from lMay 2023 but there is no update. They've stolen my hard earned money of rupees 25000. I'm requesting the concern person please help.me to get my hard earned money from these guys. They're just in the world for doing frauds not helping people to earn something to support their lives.

Multilink has not given our railway cancellation amount of 53000 rupees and also they have blocked our some amount from panel from last 2 years and also they are just giving excuses and not giving refund

I have submitted phone no. change precess of IRCTC Refund on 14th April 2021. But no responce from company. Customer has been bothering me every day. I have been trying to call customer care but there is no responce

They removed 3235 Rs from my account on February 06 2020 giving reason of some technical issue but since February 2020 to till date I am following it and they refunded only 971 Rs and telling we will refund remaining amount soon...but not yet refund and also due to lock down all cancelled train refund also they are not refunded yet.Giving reply as will be refunded soon or after two months...not yet refunded ...
Please register a complaint against them ...How can we face to our clients...even after one year if they don't get refund.

In the year 2020 Feb, the company blocked my deposit amounting to Rs. 14960, this amount is still blocked. On requesting help, they keep giving wrong information for only 5 or 10 minutes.
This cycle continues for the last one and a half years, we were never given the correct information. It is easily understood that this company is fooling the partners.

Sir my money amount 9863 blocked on 06/02/2020 but it's not refund still today. My k code 58544. I have mailed in several times but they haven't any reply. Their customer service is not active. So I think Multilink is fraud!

We tried to contact since 6 months they just postponing our comcern and not providing our fund back they dont even pick up the phone and when they do they speak rude and hangs up the phone
