MultilinkWorld — no refund provided

As per told by the company executive, he says to get full refund of 13000, which i pay for talking up their services without any clause. I have full call recordings available with me in which he does not tell me any terms and conditions.
Number 2: My balance on multilink portal of near about 5000 has been blocked without any reason. i cant take it back or use for services
Number 3: They doesn't even pick any call on their 24 hrs numbers. they are just for showoff numbers.
