MultilinkWorld — Payment refund issue

Sir,

My key code is 421646. I had tele conversations with mr mustafa (Customer support dept.) before 8 month ago and paid an amount of 35000 to develop website and app.

He was unable to provide me the service and he told me that he will refund me the amount. But till date i was not receive my refund amount. Pls rectify the matter and refund me the amount asap.
