Multiplier — led tv panel replacement not done rather repaired

I had a problem with my 40" led tv and on examine i was told light on led is not working and had to replace the entire panel which costed 20000 inr. Panel was replaced with a delay of 3 months by them due to gst, no stock etc. We faced the same issue the very next day after new panel replaced and it was took for examine after 2 months (After multiple calls & mails). Told light in led panel has gone faulty in the new panel and light with be replaced and given back.
My question here is 1) if light could be replaced alone why i was told to replace the entire panel. I was told light alone is not replaced separately?
2) when the new panel is under warranty why it is not replaced and only the light is replaced which is a breach as per warranty policy. Also got a rude reply from the service team.
