Mulyashop.com — 10 days completed but my product is not shipped

I placed an order on 5th January and till today it's not shipped nor canceled.somany times i call to customer care and send message to this site but they send we answer as soon as possible.I don, t get any effective response.so i want my product immediately or my money back.

Updated by surjyakanta mishra I have order one mobile phone on 5th Jan and order no.-VQOIJAVUM, mobile-lava iris x5.it is already 22 days over .you answer me my product will come or not.if not then I want my money back.
