We have booked the productid:- exculsive art silk saree + blouse piece + 2 jewellery sets + 2 earrings + 1 kada + pearl watch.

But we have received only art silk saree, 1 pair ear rings, 1 set bangles

Missing products:- 1 kada, 1 pearl watch, 2 jewellery sets and another pair of ear rings.

Why you have been cheated us i want to that missing products if not i will return our product and refunds us amount to us.

In the month of July I received a call from Mulyashop that they have a vedio camera pen and they motivated me to book the item and unfortunately i booked the item. it was 13th of July when I received the sms " Your shipment[protected] will be delivered by Ecom Express today. Value of the shipment is Rs 2198.00" I received the consignment next day. After opening the consignment I found the pen was/camera was not working. I immediately contacted the costumer care in reply of my complaint they told me to send it bake we will replace the item. On 17th of July, 2015 I booked the Item and forward to destiny vide Shipment No [protected] Blue dart. Today is 11th day of August but I have neither received any call nor the replacement.

I bought Intex aqua y2 pro (Black) of Rs. 3594/- from this site on 16.12.2014 using my BOI debit card. They didn't send the item. After two months they informed me in my mail that the amount refunded to my account, But till date (26.07.2015) aforesaid amount not transferred in my account. Plz do something to get the amount back into my account. This site is not opening in my browser but like this with same management team a new site opened in the name of MULYABUY.COM. I think this site is also fraud.

i have ordered a XCESS WAVE mobile (order no 89360) based on your confirmation on the mobile feature and benefits. The same was received by me on 12th June'15 and paid Rs 2600/- (COD) on receipt. Upon open up the parcel, following are the features missing in the product supplied by you. a) This mobile is not compatible to 3G connectivity. b) whatsapp is not getting started. showing " Not able to connect right now" - even after repeated try at different intervals. Currently it is not in usable condition to me. Request to either replace another mobile compatible to 3G as well whatsapp operable, Am ready to bear the balance amount, if any, upto minimum incur. I have ordered lenovo P780 on mulyashop on 05/January/2015. Nearly 20 to 30 days after i did not receive the product so i claimed for a refund but i have not got my money back. I tried calling mulyashop customer service but no action has been taken yet.. Mulyashop is a fraud website please dont buy any products from this website..

Already submitted many complaint against Mulyashop. Ordered a Panasonic P81 on 17 December 2014. Have neither received the product nor the refund asked for. Received confirmation mail regarding the refund on 2nd of February 2015 with reference number claiming that refund will be received within 2 or 3 days. I have ordered to mulyashop.com, Our Order No. ZPTVDVXIM Ref. No. 78005 placed on 23/12/2014 for Spice MI-506 Stellar Mettle Icon Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone, White-Silver and paid for Rs.4, 991/- through our ICICI Credit Card. As per their terms of delivery, they shall deliver the items within 4-5 days, but after numerious followup by email and telephonically, i have not received the items after expiry of one month . I ordered a portable reclining yoga chair on Feb 24 making full payment of Rs 1249 [ which included shipping charges] through my credit card. The message from them promised delivery by 6-8 March. It is 26th March and I have not received the chair. Their phone numbers seem phoney... no one picks up them up. We got some phone numbers from justdial. They are also not being picked up. Please help ...

Feb 2, 2015, I have cancelled my order and request for refund back my money, but i didnt't get any response or any transaction id after so many follow up.

Sir, I have ordered online one mobile on Mulyashop.com on 4/12/2014 of Rs. 9505/-. The website is unable to deliver the product so I have asked for refund. They have taken my refund request and updated on their website account that money has been sent back to my original mode of payment which was SBI credit card. They have updated status on 31/1/2015 regarding refund but since that time I have not received the said amount. I have called to their customer care no.[protected] but their phone always comes busy so no response has been received. I have sent lot of emails on their Email [protected]@mulyashop.com but I have not received any reply for my refund. I have searched on internet that this website is totally fraud website and collecting money from peoples and not giving the product. In this way they are cheating many peoples. The above website is just luring the customer by keeping low prices of products and not giving the product and refund to them.
