I would like to thank you for the prompt initiative taken against my complaint on the above-mentioned letter number, and i really appreciate the survey and observations listed in your letter is up to the mark. However, the above letter has been already submitted to the office bearers of anmol pride c. H. S. L., but surprising, your intimation letter has been ignored and they are still continuing with the activity and the booking of the particular (P2) locations for personal events by taking the booking charges and no intimation has been given to the end user (Party) on relocation of the kitchen and stopping of this hazardous activity. The objective of writing this letter is to find an appropriate solution where the office bearers responsible for such illegal activity are brought under the scanner, and an appropriate action is taken against them for violating the law and not the party booking the venue, since they have been misguided by the office bearers about the same. While i am addressing this letter to you, the copy of the same shall also be shared with the office bearers of anmol pride c. H. S. L. And the recipients mentioned below for their kind information, and to ensure that they comply with law, rules and regulations regarding the same to ensure the safety of the residents and the building from any damages or harm caused due to the continuation of the illegal activities. Hoping for our prompt response and personal intervention in the above matter.
