I booked plot no 59 in april 2012 under company mumbai global land investment project rivar palace dahanu, plot booking amount was i paid 51000 rs, after 4, 000 rs emi for 50 months total paid 2, 51, 000rs.
Full payment done on 20th november 2016.moreover even paid registration amount of rs 35000/- From past 2 years only promising us they will start work soon. I want to withdraw from this project and i'm asking them to return my all money with interest but they r not ready. Also they r not doing property registration because they r fraud, some days before i met some other investor also who invested money in other project on this company since 2008, they also facing same problem with this developer, some times they r saying we r ready to register property on your name .
Already all staff in this office left there job because of company is fraud only 1 person mr. Aarif seating in the office.
Owners mr. Faisal kapadiya also not ready to meet investors, if we call them his not receiving our call and sent sms us i'm not india/i'm in meeting. now the fraud company is no more on the below address and we are unware of their where abouts
Pls this fraud company has run away.
