Registered 2 plots at Mahalaxmi Residency 2, Dahanu thru Mumbai Global Land Investment limited owner Faizal Kapadia. Plot registered in December 2011. The owner has shut down his office at DHFL building, Goregaon West. The total investment on 2 plots is 8, 15, 000/-.
The mobile numbers of owner and the staff Arif is either switched off or not reachable. Need Forum's help to get the amount back. Recently read many complaints on different projects of MGLIL from customers invested. Kindly help get my hard earned money.

I booked plot no 59 in april 2012 under company mumbai global land investment project rivar palace dahanu, plot booking amount was i paid 51000 rs, after 4, 000 rs emi for 50 months total paid 2, 51, 000rs.
Full payment done on 20th november 2016.moreover even paid registration amount of rs 35000/- From past 2 years only promising us they will start work soon. I want to withdraw from this project and i'm asking them to return my all...
