my car with the registered number MH 01 DP 5558 has been wrongly fined for sounding the horn needlessly or continuously or more than necessary to ensure safety. I clearly remember not doing any of the above mentioned on the given time and date circumstances. I have been wrongly fined and shall hence request for this Challan to be cancelled. Also, if forced to pay the same, I shall request for a proof to prove the same, as I remember not honking at all. Wrongly issuing challan to customers is not acceptable. kindly look into the same.
