Mumbai Traffic Police — challan without evidence

My vehicle mh01cd228 has been issued with an e-challan without any supporting images - there is no proof of offence.

The challan number is: mtpchm[protected]

To top it, multiple violations have been put on this. Please provide evidence or remove the fine.

Repeated phone calls to different inspectors listed on the traffic police website have gone to no avail and the matter is open since 2018.

It is not me and my bike.
But Challahan issued for my bike no. MH01BN7635.
kindly look into the matter and correct
