Mumbai Traffic Police — Details of penalty imposed u/s 122/177 MVA is not clear

I am parking my four wheeler vehicle in parking area near Koteshwar Nagar Socitey Jiva mahale road Andheri East 400069 . Which is my residence only
Last month dated 16.07.2022 without intimating fine of Rs500.00 was charged u/s 122/177 MVA.

1) All my neighbors are parking the vehicle on the same road and they have not received any fine.
2) It is my first fine and as per sec 122/177 MVA. There is not any board of no parking or any causing danger.
3) No one knows who has imposed fine.
4) Violation is not clear. How can I know what was my mistake so that I can not repeat it again.
