Mumbai Traffic Police — e challans of previous years

I recd. The notice to pay the pending challans for my vehicle no. Mh01cp7891/chasis no. — 3860 just before 2 days.
I fail to under stand as to how the demand is raised suddenly for the fllowing at this time?
Challan no. Date fees
1) mtpchc[protected] 03/02/2018 1000/-
2) mtpchc[protected] 10/10/2017 200/-
3) mtpchm[protected] 25/07/2017 200/-

Neither have i ever recd. Any previous notices for above challans
Nor i am liable to pay after such a long time as i won't remeber
Any of such offences by my driver.

Kindly note i will pay the remaining 400/- against following challans :
1) mumcm[protected] of 09/05/2019 200/-
2) mumcm[protected] of 09/05/2019 200/-

Upon receipt of your reply i will pay 400/- immediately.
