Mumbai Traffic Police — Error in penalty for no parking

Respected Sir / Ma’am,

This has reference to the subject matter with details as under:

Challan No.: MUMCM[protected]
Date & Time: January 22, 20022, 16:06 pm
Vehicle No.: MH02EP7790
Offence: No Parking
Amount: Rs.500.00

Further to the same please note that I had submitted an online grievance which has been declined.

I request you to reconsider keeping in mind as under:

I have been penalised for parking my car in a no parking area where the no parking instruction was not visible. The parking sign was facing the opposite side and was not visible at the time of parking. Upon realising the same the traffic police personnel said that it is not the problem of traffic department and should be taken up with BMC.

Request you to kindly consider the plea and reverse the challan.
