Mumbai Traffic Police — extreme noise pollution from motorcycle due to alteration in silencer

I reside at sclr, many boys from kurla area uses motor cycle with alteration in silencer which creates a big noise (Extremely unbearable) whenever they pass from road. The noise is such a big that we have to get up from sleep even if windows closed completely. As per my knowledge such alteration is not permitted by law, but still many young boys do that.

It is my humble request to you, that please do something for this problem.

We are charged incorrectly for this ticket. We did not violate any rules we were never stopped at any signals or questioned. We need exact details of this.
