Mumbai Traffic Police — false e-challans

I installed mumbai traffic app today (August 21, 2019) and found there are two unpaid challan for year 2017. First thing i dont even remember voilating traffic rules and secondly if i have voilated traffic rules there has to be some evidence (Picture) to identify it was my vehicle. It is also possible that cop who issued this challan made typo error and challan is issued for my vehicle. Please look into this issue, thank you.
