Mumbai Traffic Police — Fine without reason

Hi All,

This is complaint against the fine which got charge on my vehicle .

Where the door is open and even my self is out to check the door is open or close as my 3 year daughter is sitting on behind .

Not sure how the caption without any reason and need to pay the fine.

Please check if this is possible and revert the fine if you really feel it's a valuable .

(According to me if parking the car means no one should be present on the car and here the door is open and my self is checking door clearly shows in picture )

Also revert me if I am wrong .
