Mumbai Traffic Police — illegal parking charges being collected for parking

There is a parking stand in front of mira road east station.
The owner used to charge 15rs for parking then 20 rs now he suddenly increased to 25 rs citing gst on the parking.
Also they talk in a very rough manner with the ladies.
On the parking slip provided they wrote 20 rs and take 25 rs.
When goverment officials come that day they charge 12 rs for parking which is wrong.
