Mumbai Traffic Police — im complaining about the helmet fine

This complaint is about helmet fine from which we are facing problem. The camera is situated at wrong place. It is not a proper road. Citizens live there and when they go from their house in that street camera catches them. It is not a road its a street. It creates problem for common man. Who does not have that much money to pay fine. Therefore my request is to please stop catching snaps of people who dont even know what is happening. Another request is thr fine is much i. E rs 500 and common man cannot afford it.
