Mumbai Traffic Police — I'm complaining about wrongly charged and forced to get charged

I was caught by the cops at jvlr on 05/05/2019 even after having a helmet was forced to remove my helmet and take the photo and i have been charged for this. Kindly make a note i won't be paying the fine because even after i having a helmet was forced to remove and click the photo. Kindly look into this. I don't think it's my mistake i have been forced into this. I have attached a photo of me with my bike and helmet. The helmet there in the photo is in my hand as i had been asked to remove it and then the suddenly took my photo.

I parked my bike in parking zone but still MTP fine me 200 rs they are saying bike was parked on footpath. Herewith i m sending there evidence photos and actual photos. U will clearly recognize that there i not any footpath even other cars was parked as well.

Challan is wrongly assigned to vehicle MH01BW9560.
It seem the vehicle in the image attached to the challan has no MH01BW3560, so please assign the challan on the correct vehicle as seen in the image and remove the challan from MH01BW9560 vehicle.
