Mumbai Traffic Police — misbehavior with female passenger for questioning about overcharge

Took an auto at nahur hospital (Very famous nest to runwal complex) as usual, he charged extra 2rs ie 22rs. Instead of the usual 20rs.. And began to misbehave when i said hes overcharging.. And the reason was that the signal was on hence reading is more. However i find the reason ridiculous as i travel the same route daily.
It's not the question of 2rs overcharging.. But their mentality in thinking that they can get away with it and also behave rudely. I would like you to reprimand such behaviour and fine him. Thank you

Madam/ Dear Sir,

My car number is MH02CV 3245.

On logging MTP app, it's showing e-challan however the Car in the picture is showing different car number than mine. Kindly see the attached picture and help me in resolving the same. Request Mumbai Traffic Police to withdraw the incorrect challan.
