Your constable at western express highway and 90 ft road junction at thakur complex/ thakur village, kandivali east was using foul language and was very laud and his behaviour was almost like road side criminal. His name is mr. Santosh nijai. I think you are having so much of power that there is no scope for argument or quarrel. Its very important to set an example by becoming good police. On the signal of S.v.road i was riding woth helmet on and at a decent speed of 10-12kmph that time nilesh bhaidkar caught me and charged a false fine of ₹200. He didn't haerd my statement that I didn't attempt to breaking the traffic rules and i either did that.I request you to look into my case.
