Mumbai Traffic Police — No Action on grievances (HSPGR[protected]) raised against a challan

I am writing to you regarding no action taken yet on grievances raised against a challan that has been issued on our Car. Please see below details:

Callan No. HSPCC[protected]
Grievance No. HSPGR[protected]

I have raised grievances using the mumtrafic police App and it's status is still showing as In progress.

I have been getting sms from Mumbai Police to Pay this Challan or else it will be taken to Lok Adalat Court. I believe if grievances have been raised against a challan, challan will be on Hold
