Mumbai Traffic Police — one way lane being blocked

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400059

Marol goan lane near st. John's church is supposed to be one way. There is a no entry sign put at the entrance of lane near the church, still people drive in at all times, everyday. The lane is very small and still there are school vans, tempos, rickshaws, big cars and even bmc vehicles driving into no entry zone. This creates road blocks for hours creating a nuisance to people who live here. Why does not one stop these people from entering the no entry lane? Why is there no cop to around to stop this? Why should i suffer this traffic and chaos because people can't follow the rules?
