Mumbai Traffic Police — payment on the mtp app is showing unpaid whereas i have paid the challan

My driver was caught for drink and drive case at bandra and the time was almost 12:30am.
The payment was done by cash which was 2200, but i dont have the receipt of the chalan the driver took it from the police.
I checked the mtp app for my chalan payment and now it is showing unpaid.
Pls help me.
I dont have the receipt with me my driver.

Pls do let me know what should i do.
