Mumbai Traffic Police — private unused vehicles occupied public road,

Is there any law in traffic constitution law to remove the vehicle which is not in use for long time. 3 four wheeler car occupied our public road which is not in use. Please do the needful to remove these car under traffic law for keeping safe road for walking public as well as running vehicle. Would be highly appreciated.
