Mumbai Traffic Police — Sending challan on wrong bike no

Hii,

My Bike is Platina but RTO are putting me thr fine of Activa bike. I had also raise the complaint against the same at RTO portal but they are saying constable is prrof. As per image captured alrady showing that is Activa scooter not platina bike. But they are not agree to accept their mistake.
