Mumbai Traffic Police — Wrong challan for jumo signal even when police asked to move in traffic jam

Wrong challan for jumping signal. Police had only asked to cross over as there was traffic jam. The evidence also shows other cars with me in photo. The decline of complain says the said police man is witness. So seems unfair. I've never contested a jump signal challan before. But this is wrong. Next time I think we will not move even if police asks us to cross in red signal in jams
