Mumbai Traffic Police — wrong e challan issued (complaint)

Dear sir,
My name is uttam and i received a message on 24th april regarding an e challan for jumping signal.

E challan no - mumcm[protected]
Vehicle no - mh02cv4811
Date of incident - 24-apr-2019 09:45

I called mtp and they gave me the location as nagpada. Please note that this is a wrong information because we live in dahisar and i have not even driven my car for the last few days and my car is parked in my society.
Also the images with the e challan are incorrect and not relevant at all. (Please see the attached photo)
I request you to please look into the matter and remove the wrong e challan issued on my motor vehicle.
