Mumbai Traffic Police — Wrong eChallan issued to me

Hello Team,
I had been issued a wrong eChallan# MUMCM[protected] on my car on 19-Sep-2019.
I normally dont use my car so frequently and it is mostly parked at the same place right outside our building. However still I was charged with reason 'Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic'. The photo attached in the eChallan does not give any evidence of the same. Also as per the photo, it clearly displays the car is properly parked right besides the footpath.
I had complained about this earlier too but no response. Request your help to cancel this eChallan as soon as possible.
