Mumbai Traffic Police — Wrong parking charges

I have parked my car in parking zone near hinduja hospital garden upto 3pm but shocked to notice in the afternoon my car is towed and fined me Rs.400/- against my car no. MH47K4135 by your officer Vidya Abnave WPC your receipt no. MUMRC[protected] DATE 15/01/2021 AT 14.39.
I request you to look into the same as i am senior citizen and my son is admitted in hinduja hopital for treatment.
