Mumbai University — 30% amount deducted for cancellation of admission due to delay in 2nd merit list

I got admission in MULUND COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMICS for fybms and now they are deducting 5700rs around 30% from our fees due to delay in second merit list and how can we afford this Sir. We belong to lower background class i scored 86% so that my parents don't need to pay more for my admissions and now how can i allow this amount to go waste.PLEASE TAKE STEP AGAINST THIS.
