Mumbai University — change in examination centre

Address:334,Sai krupa,Near hanuman Mandir,umbergothan(kophrad),virar west, Thane, Maharashtra, 401301

While applying for syba admission i had just selected the subject and now when my hall ticket has come on it my examination centre has gone to mumbai whereas i have not touched it. Day before yesterday i met with an accident i can't travel to marine lines that to paper is 3 to 6 i want to change my centre to my nearest location. My hand is fractured so i really cannot travel so long from virar to marine lines.

Are we obligated to pay to correct the mistakes done by college/University in our second year BMM 3rd semester results?

Mistake- Name & respective photo is different

Is this our mistake? obviously not! Then why college is asking money from us?
