Mumbai University — Complaint of Plagiarism Against Dr. Sonali Kokane and Mr. Siddesh Pote

I wish to formally report a case of plagiarism involving Dr. Sonali Kokane and Mr. Siddesh Pote for their article titled "Therapeutic Potential of Cannabis Plant", published in International Journal of Plant and Environment, Vol. 9, Issue 3, 2023 (DOI: 10.18811/ijpen.v9i03.02).

The article includes content directly copied from the WHO's “Cannabidiol (CBD) Critical Review Report” (2018), and also contains excerpts from my unpublished manuscripts, which were shared with Dr. Kokane during research discussions. This misuse of confidential material and unattributed copying violates academic integrity norms.

I request the University to initiate an investigation, recommend retraction of the article, and take appropriate action in accordance with UGC guidelines.
