Mumbai University — Degree Certificate/ Convocation Certificate

I haven't received my Convocation Certificate yet. I have completed my Bcom Banking and Insurance in 2018 and I had KT in 6th Sem. I cleared sem 6 and received my passing result in the same year, but I have not received my degree certificate. When enquired in Model College Dombivili, they told they haven't received from University and asked me to go to University. But when enquired in University they told they had already given to my college.
