Mumbai University — Degree certificate verification.

I have applied for verification degree certificate on dt 8th May 2022 with all required documents. Two weeks later still it pending. I had mail to help centre but i did not receive any response from them. They have not given any helpline no for further update.
I need my degree verification on priority pls help.
