Mumbai University — Delay in processing Duplicate Degree Certificate

I applied for duplicate Degree certificate on 13th August 2025 and made the payment for the same on Aaple sarkar website (https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/). The time limit for issuing this certificate is 15 days, however it is more than 15 days and its been a month and expected date was 3rd september 2025 yet the application status is showing as " Under Scrutiny" and "forward". Tried calling on Aaple sarkar helpline, the executive is asking to fill appeal form and I already did submitted my appeallate which has no update. Also they said the validation is still pending from Mumbai University due to which the application has not been issued yet.

I need this copy of degree certificate as soon as possible as it is impacting my admission and job. Please help me and do the needful action.
