Mumbai University — Delay in processing of duplicate degree certificate from Mumbai University

I applied for duplicate Degree certificate on 14th Feb 2024 and made the payment for the same on Aaple sarkar website (https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/). The time limit for issuing this certificate is 15 days, however it is more than 15 days and yet the application status is showing as "forward". Tried calling on Aaple sarkar helpline, the executive is asking to fill appeal form. My application form now has an "Appeal" option which asks weird details about Appellate and I have no idea how to fill Appellate information nor have any instructions about the same. Also they said the validation is still pending from Mumbai University due to which the application has not been issued yet.

I need this copy of degree certificate as soon as possible as it is impacting my job. Please help me and do the needful action.
