Mumbai University — disputed transaction | |||
Hello sir, mam on 6th of aug i had made payment towards mumbai university idol for mca but transaction was not successfull but my money got debited from my account. On the same day i made another transaction and it was successfull. I called bank for failed transaction they said they cant provide me my money unless and untill i am having any prove from the mercent side that is mumbai university. I went to kalina for this they said me to mail it to idol support i will get my money now its 1 month completed i am not getting any reply from their side. I mailed them 10 times but those mu people are not ready to reply neither they pick call.. Please help me i need my money back. If nothing works i am going to put a case on mumbai university.
